An interconnected series of works exploring bodily metamorphosis. Beginning with the building of sculptural mirrors -utilizing mirrored mylar - the body is visually warped, digitized through photography, 2-dimensionalized through printing, re-3-dimensionalized through folding, and fragmented and reassembled with organic and synthetic components. These processes allowed the visual body to melt, puddle, stretch, seep, smear, grow new limbs and anatomies, shapeshift, mutate, and metamorphose - allowing for re-imaginings of the shape and boundaries of the body.
